Late Arrivals, No Shows, and Cancellations - If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call us and let us know. If you show up late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. We offer a 15 minute grace period. Any additional time passed our grace period will require the appointment to be rescheduled. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be charged for the full amount of the service. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments canceled after 24-hours will result in a charge of the full amount of the service.
